How to Qualify
Senior Suites has been developed in cooperation with the Mayor’s office and the City of Chicago’s Departments of Housing, Senior Services and Planning and Development. It is developed by Senior Lifestyle Corporation and managed by Senior Lifestyle Management Corporation. As with all Senior Lifestyle communities, Senior Suites are members of a family of senior living communities that provide superior service an exceptional value.
Eligible residents will be at least 62 years of age. The current income limits, which are established by the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are: MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS – effective 5-14-2010 – ONE PERSON-$31,440/year; TWO PERSON - $35,940/year. All pre-applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
